"Absolutely loved our visit! We booked a table for our family to visit the restaurant whilst we were staying at the park. On reading the reviews, we came with very low expectations. Well, we absolutely loved it!! The food was exceptional, staff friendly and atmosphere amazing! The meal I wanted from the menu was unavailable but a member of staff came to advise me of this within a few minutes of ordering and I was offered an alternative. I really don't understand the bad reviews. The prices were as you'd expect in a theme park, portion sizes good and food full of flavour. Our kids absolutely loved it, as did we. We had the Nemasis Reborn Burgers and the Salmon with rice. Followed by Chocolate brownies and waffles. Have to admit the birthday tune being played every time someone ordered the brownie was a little irritating after the 15th time We would definitely recommend a visit and will be returning again!."

"The atmosphere is lovely. The experience of getting your food served on a rollercoaster is what you go there for and just that bit is next to nothing. As for the food, it is a fairly simple menu and it was prepared well. I just couldn't get around the fact that a basic burger and fries cost £19. A meal for two adults and two children with drinks can easily touch close to £80 plus. I'm happy to have done it once - this is that type of a restaurant. You will experience it once and tick it off from your list."

"As far as a themed park restaurant goes, it’s pretty good. It’s more about the experience of the food coming down on rails and the ambiance lighting. The staff is friendly but there is little interaction as everything is done on the phone and the food is then delivered automatically. The food is expensive but portions are quite big. It’s also rather tasty. The annoying thing about this place is that the food comes as it’s ready so when in a group, the food is likely not to arrive at the same time for everyone."

"The idea and the concept of the roller coaster restaurant is very cool and definitely something different to your regular restaurant. Staff are very helpful and polite. The food we ordered (x2 adult mains and starters and x2 kids mains and starters) came promptly after ordering, arrived hot and in one piece . Food price were very reasonable around similar prices to your local pub however alcoholic drinks were not reasonably priced with a pint of Stella at £8.50 and bottle of Corona at £6.50, soft drinks in a glass bottle (coke cola) at £3.50 which I guess is probably your average price to pay when eating out. Booking is definitely essential as a family in front of us got turned away due to not booking in advance as they were fully booked up that day (Saturday). Although the atmosphere is great with the food being delivered, staff being great and the two projectors showing theme park ride short videos and birthday announcements it is definitely a noisy atmosphere or at least it was on a Saturday evening unsure if they have quieter days for people with sensory needs."

"This is a restaurant that is located inside the Alton towers theme park, it's set amongst some of the theme parks fastest and most exciting rollercoasters in the Forbidden valley section. It's one of the restaurants that takes reservations for hotel guests to dine at for the evening meal. Great for day visitors to access for a quick fast food meal and cold drinks. Plenty of seating available with some outdoor seats available"

"Great theme, staff super friendly and on hand when you need them. Food ok, a little expensive for what it is but it wasn't bad. Pint of soft drink was £5. Ordered on a little tablet on the table which was easy to use. Food arrived at a reasonable waiting time. Burgers was tasty, the curly fries had a little spice to them and would of preferred normal chips but this is just to my liking and preference."

"Fun but expensive (as you would expect). A vegetarian kids option would be great and maybe a couple of healthier options. A soft drink that isn't fizzy (simple squash) would be good. That said the food was nice, the ordering was simple and the rollercoaster worked."

"We enjoyed our visit here on the last day of our trip. Luckily a very short time to be seated (around 4:30pm) and the uniqueness of the experience was worth the high prices (with our gold pass discount). The food was fresh and tasty, service friendly and efficient. The lighting can get quite flashy, so if you're photosensitive it might not be suitable."
